After this you should shade the mountains and as the sun is rising from the right side , so the rays will fall on the right side of the tree and left side of the mountain will look dark , that's why we will shade the left side  of the mountain darkly as you can see in [4th] image ,put some extra dark shade on the top of mountain so that it will look good and realistic .

After this you should shade the trees ,put the boundary of the tree dark and make this boundary in curly manner so that tree will look in a realistic manner , then shade the interior of the tree and the down side of tree should be shaded darkly and put the curly line in all over the tree and shade full trees very lightly so it will look like real as you can see in [5th] image .

After this you can shade the river and the house and etc ,in river you can make the flow of water with the triangle shaped curves and make it in the direction in which the river flows, put the doors and windows of the house half shaded , after doing this you should put the boundary of each diagram with dark lines form pencil and after you do this your pencil shading drawing will be ready and it will look some thing like this as you can see in [6th] image .
